HealthSmart is a complimentary member service, delivered by our coaches to assist with improving overall fitness over a six week period. The programme starts with a 45-minute assessment in which we understand more about you.

We establish your current perception of your wellbeing with our Wellness Profile.
02. Body Composition.
We will use our InBody analyser to score your Body Composition, which can help you reach your goals more effectively.
03. Resistance Programme.
Safely improve joint health and function using our specified equipment.

Use this activity tracker to help balance your exercise between Cardiovascular, Strength and ‘Mind and Body’ activities.

Our focus is on healthy, nutritious and delicious food that is plant-based. However, that doesn't mean you can not enjoy your favourite meals, they are just as tasty but a lot better for you and the environment.

A complimentary range of digital magazines, including market-leading titles, are now available to read on your smartphone in-club!
Magazines include Men’s Health, Vogue, Hello, Top Gear and House Beautiful. For more information, please speak to a member of staff at your local club.

Food from the Café Bar is now available to pre-order!
We want to make your health club experience as relaxed and safe as possible, which is why you can now pre-order from our cafe menu via the Bannatyne App. This option is available for sit in or take-away depending on the tier the site is located in.
