1. Push-Ups
• Beginner: On knees – 1 points/rep
• Intermediate: On toes – 2 points/rep
• Advanced: Plyo push-ups – 3 points/rep
2. Squats
• Beginner: Box squats – 1 points/rep
• Intermediate: Bodyweight squats – 2 points/rep
• Advanced: Squat jumps – 3 points/rep
3. Jumping Jacks
• Beginner: Single leg side steps – 1 points/rep
• Intermediate: Jumping jacks – 2 points/rep
• Advanced: Air jacks – 3 points/rep
4. Lunges
• Beginner: Reverse lunges – 1 points/rep
• Intermediate: Plyo lunges – 2 points/rep
• Advanced: Plyo lunges + tuck jump – 3 points/rep
5. Burpees
• Beginner: Step out, no push-up, stand – 1 points/rep
• Intermediate: Jump out/in/up – 2 points/rep
• Advanced: Full chest-to-floor burpee – 3 points/rep
Your total points determine your Jedi title:
Up to 100: Youngling
101 - 200: Padawan
201 - 300: Jedi Knight
301 - 400: Jedi Master
401+: Grand Master
