I’m hoping Spring is nearly here and the cold spell is finally over as we approach Easter time. Thank you to all of our members who have kindly donated Easter Eggs, all of which will be delivered to local charities in the near future.
During March and April, we have been celebrating ‘length of service’ for some of our employees, who have been with the Bannatyne Group for 20/25 years. All of our long service employees receive a hamper and a certificate to acknowledge their contribution to the Bannatyne business. I was humbled by the reaction from some of our team members who were overwhelmed by the recognition piece. Our B:Heard employee forums, which we held last year, assisted with the decision to celebrate long service and to thank our employees for their service.
Furthermore, our member referral was a resounding success over the quarter. Last month alone, we rewarded 100 members with £100 for referring new members to our health clubs. We will be doing the same in April. All you have to do is refer a friend, complete your email address and you could be a winner!
We have recently introduced a new ‘’Choose to Lose’’ body transformation programme into our health clubs on the back of the success in Cardiff. Over 50 members completed the 6 week schedule and celebrated their phenomenal weight loss, improved muscle tone and wellbeing through an Awards evening - truly fantastic results by the Cardiff Members and Fitness Team (including the General Manager). We hope that you give this a try and reap the benefits of this fun, inclusive and effective programme.
